Project Care was founded by Ania Watts, who is both qualified and trained to work with people with learning disabilities. She is a mother of two sons who are affected by autism.

Therefore as well as having the knowledge and understanding of the condition, she is also able to empathise with parents / guardians who care for vulnerable adults on a daily basis.
